Online personal training at Output Performance starts with a virtual consultation where your coach learns your goals, schedule, available equipment, and any limitations. From there, you receive a customized training program delivered through an app, complete with exercise demonstrations, sets, reps, and rest periods. Your coach checks in regularly, reviews your logged workouts, and adjusts your program as you progress.
Is online personal training worth it?
Online personal training is an excellent option if you are self-motivated, have access to basic equipment, and want expert programming without the cost of in-person sessions. You get the same NSCA-CSCS certified coaches from Output Performance designing your program. The main trade-off is that your coach is not physically present to correct form in real time, though video form checks help bridge that gap.
Can online training get the same results as in-person training?
Yes, online training can deliver comparable results for clients who are consistent and follow their programming. Research shows that adherence is the biggest predictor of results, and many clients find that having a flexible schedule with online training actually improves their consistency. What equipment do I need for online personal training?
The equipment you need depends on your goals, but most of our online clients at Output Performance work with a set of dumbbells, a bench, and resistance bands as a starting point.
