Organizational Wellness
Corporate (or organizational) wellness is a common “benefit” offered by employers as a way to boost morale, increase employee productivity, reenforce culture, and improve self-esteem. However, how often are these programs executed by the organization or its vendor(s) personally, with care, and/or comprehensively?
Output Performance understands that fitness is derived from any individual’s lifestyle. Does the individual exercise, eat well, sleep enough, avoid drug use, reduce stress through prioritization and time management?
The fact remains, no one is perfect. However, our philosophy, Be Better, serves as the foundation on which we build up individuals for long-term success as happier, more productive, and fulfilled team members of your organization.
Our goal: execute organizational wellness with care and an emphasis on the entire lifestyle of each employee.

Top-Down
The leader or leadership team behind any organization or department plays a substantial role in culture adoption. When leadership engages, team members follow. Our team focuses on this component of healthy lifestyle adoption because it impacts all participants.
For The Individual
Although goals may be common among individuals, body types, body histories, and past experiences make each person different. As a result, Output offers individualized programming, training, and life coaching (a comprehensive approach) to drive long-term growth and adoption.
Accountability
Coaches should be accessible and hold their relationships accountable. Fitness and long-term personal growth are subject to the ever-growing culmination of lifestyle actions (i.e. fitness, nutrition, recovery, social, etc.).
