SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Seeking a balanced workout? Whether you’re getting back into fitness, just starting off, or have been active for a long time, our small group training option is right for you! Our training sessions are focused on holistic fitness (expect fun, challenging, and rewarding strength and cardio components)!

Flexible Schedule: Join us 2-3 times a week for 45 min! We know you’re busy, and we want these sessions to easily fit into your schedule.

Experienced Trainers: With decades of collective expertise, our certified team ensures you’re in skilled hands. Our credentials include trainers with degrees in exercise science and certifications such as: NSCA CPT, First Aid and CPR, USA weightlifting, and NASM.

Small Groups, Personal Focus: With a max of 8 participants, our sessions emphasize personalized attention.

Community and Accountability: Beyond workouts, we offer camaraderie and motivation, making your fitness journey a collective effort.
