Personalized training, coaching, and accountability shouldn’t cost a fortune. Output Performance’s team is proud to feature a state-of-the-art training facility, experienced coaching, automated and customized reminders, programming/documentation/reporting, and much more for less than $15 per session (i.e. 4 times per week for 4 weeks).

Unlike most gyms, the Ouput Team wants you here bettering yourself mentally and physically. We want you to be a part of the community by helping others. Committing to our unlimited membership means committing to a partnership between you, your Output coach, and your goal(s). Ultimately, the more you visit Output Performance, the more you get out of your monthly investment.
Small-Group Training Setting
Small-group training sessions create the perfect balance between personalized instruction, coaching, and personal independence. For years, clients have benefited from small-group training due in large part to the community aspect of it. Output is fortunate enough to not only provide experienced and motivating coaching, but also feature a balanced community of superhuman lifters, ironman athletes, businessmen and women, youth athletes, and more… The small-group training setting is one of accountability, support, and anything but intimidation.
Put simply, our team doesn’t believe in limiting the number of times you can visit Output Performance. Come on in, receive your programming and coaching (when you want/need it), and GET BETTER. Understanding your goals and crushing each one is our priority.
There are 168 hours in a week. Hopefully you’re sleeping 49 – 56 hours of them. This leaves about 112 hours per week to make poor or great lifestyle choices. Our team will help you stay accountable, so you’re working towards your goals inside and outside of Output Performance.
Our job is to understand your goals, define a route to face them head on, then program/coach your way towards exceeding them. In order to be as efficient as possible when programming, we keep track of your workouts and performance over time. Progress is a long-term and ongoing objective.
