Your ideal division 1 team training workouts facility is perfectly located at the intersection of interstate 64 and 170 in Brentwood, MO (i.e. ten minutes from anywhere in St. Louis). Output’s location makes it possible for area youth, high school, and college teams to prepare their athletes in a state-of-the-art facility with high ceilings, high-end equipment, and functional space. In addition to the weight room, Output’s partnership with 314 Training Academy empowers baseball and softball players to not only physically prepare themselves for their sport, but also practice and refine their skills inside of the cages within this 20,000 sq. ft. complex.

Output’s facility rental program grants teams access to the entire Output Performance facility or part of it (i.e. access to sections). Hourly rates vary by time of day. Put simply, rates during low-volume times (i.e. midday) are generally lower than rates during high-volume time (i.e. early evening).

Output Performance is segmented into four “sections.” Section 1 is the cardio area, which includes 4 assault bikes, 4 Concept2 skiergs, 3 Concept2 rowers, and kettlebells. Section 2 is the turf area, which includes access to push and pull sleds, a yoke, medicine/slam balls, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Section 3 is the power rack/rig area, which includes barbells, iron plates, and bumper plates. Lastly, section 4 is the platform/combo rack area, which includes access to 3 olympic/deadlift platforms, 3 IPF combo racks, calibrated weights, bumper plates, and iron plates.
